Great Customer Service; Poor Product Bought the cups for use in my car during the morning drive to work.
Keeps drinks cold longer! In a head to head … Keeps drinks cold longer! In a head to head contest with the Aero 16 insulated tumbler, this kept ice frozen for 3 hours after the Aero’s ice had completely melted. And it doesn’t get cold to the touch, so you know there’s very little heat transfer going on.
Great purchase, product and quality if kept as directed, hand washed. ***Update 7/22/2015*** I’ve had these cups going on a year now and they are still in the condition that I purchased. As I have noted in my review, I have always hand washed these. Never a dishwasher as they will heat the adhesive and they’ll eventually degrade. The cups are awesome and I will be ordering more soon!
