Proved their value during power outage, though originally intended as stocking stuffer toys. The storm between Thanksgiving and Christmas took down many tree limbs, and with them the electricity. With no power and no light, I broke into the gifts early. Just one of these sticks easily gave enough light to get around the house safely. It stays cool so it could set on extra bedding at the ready for a restless night.
