Awesome for Runners! I love this bag. I ran 10 miles yesterday to test it out. First of all the Velcro belt is great! I get the perfect fit and don’t have to adjust the belt mid-run. Secondly, even with a nearly full 20 ounce water bottle, it didn’t bounce while I was running. In fact, I periodically checked to make sure the bottle was still there because I couldn’t feel anything!
