Contents of the main pocket spill too easily

Major design flaw I wasn’t a fan of the construction of this backpack. Its biggest design flaw is the two front pockets. There’s a lot of space in between them and the fabric isn’t thick enough to hold up the top pocket when the large main section is unzipped, so the front unappealingly and inconveniently flops over 180 and just hangs there whether or not there’s stuff in it. I thought it would be a nice setup (especially the “insulated” food keeper bottom pocket) but it’s totally inconvenient to get…
