Lasted one year with little use. The stitching started … Lasted one year with little use. The stitching started to give way, rendering the chair dangerous. The overall quality of manufacture does not compare to hammaka brand, which lasted for about 5-6 years. This chair was purchased to replace that one. I will return to the original.
These chairs are very comfortable and dry quickly when it rains Bought my first set in 2013 for use on the aft deck of my boat. These have been kept outdoors and used almost daily the entire time. After three years one has broken twice at the same spots within a few months. The webbing that holds the dowel rod sockets ripped through at the top and bottom on one side. Inspection showed the webbing was rotting most likely due to 3 years of strong UV exposure. I had a canvas shop sew it together the first time. The other chair is now showing similar…
Really worth the $$ !! Love this chair…. I had one in the past from “Sky Chair” which I adored, but it finally wore out. When I went to get another of the same, I came across this one & figured for the money, I’d give it a try. Although it’s not as comfortable as the original “Sky Chair”, it was less than half the price. I would definitely buy it again. WHOA!…I just went online to check my review & found this chair greatly reduced! I paid over $45.- for it which I thought was a great deal…. $30.- is…
