Excellent Backpacking Cot – Good Quality for the Price Length:: 4:19 Mins I’ve used the Desert Walker Cot on two camping trips (both in the Fall season) thus far and it has performed amazingly! Light weight cot with improved design I have owned the previous version of the cot from the same manufacturer, as well as another from Helinox. The quality is good, packaging is compact and light weight. Two things make this cot different. 1) improved design where you can slide the legs in and push to âclickâ it in place. (See picture). DESERT WALKER Camping Cot I have only used my cot once, but I absolutely love it! I move around a lot at night; the larger size of this cot provides me with the space I need to feel comfortable throughout the night. In addition, the design of the posts make assembly much easier than other, cheaper cots of similar design. When I purchased this cot, I purchased two less expensive cots as well.
