Also humongous Also delighted with this towel (I got a solid color one for showering and this stripey one for the beach). As I said in another review, the towel is big almost to a ridiculous degree, but folds up neatly into its little canvas baggie, putting it at a neat paperback book size, which fills me with smug satisfaction. Like it.
Good Towel, but has its flaws Overall, not a bad towel. I like the size (I’m 6’2″), as the size is adequate, I certainly don’t feel it’s “extra large” for a guy my size. The microfiber performs well, and does a good job of drying you off. The compact size of it folded up in its sack it comes in is my favorite part of it, takes up VERY little room and a great towel to keep as a back up in your trunk of your car. It’s a bed sheet folks, just a bed sheet. Okay folks… this isn’t really a “towel,” it’s more like drying off with a bed sheet. It’s probably as thick as a high quality thread count top sheet. Can it dry you… eh, I mean, sort of, but in the same way a fine bed sheet would if you got out of the shower and used it to dry off. Naturally it dries faster!
