Works fine.. Works fine… I did find that you have to be very exact when you seat the cap. The tracks for the latch bars has to be line up straight so you do not apply too much stress on the latch. Fully open the tap to pour or you’ll have a glass of foam.

A real party pleaser Overall I love this growler and the party tap accessory is a must! Two Issues: (1) The clamps didn’t seal the lid tight enough. when tipped upside down beer drips out. When pressurized, it either leaked all the pressure out, or shot beer out. A couple toothpicks glued into the channels on the lid did the trick to fix it. (2) With the party tap lid on, it’s not very portable. The spout swings around and often drips when it bumps into something momentarily opening the pour spout…

A week in, this is money well spent. If you don’t like this product you might not be using it right or you dislike the proprietary CO2 cartridges. I can’t blame you for the latter, but for the former, a light touch is required. Having filled many things with butane over the years I’d say you pressurize slowly until a little gas leaks out, then stop. No need to fully depress the cartridge.I’ll keep this review up to date, but must say after a week of use I’m quite impressed.
