Great for fire pit in city I’m using these to burn in a fire pit in the city. I have no trees on my home, and I dont want to buy & store firewood to breed spider farms.These burn great, super easy to light and do the job.They are not suitable for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs though, as these never create coals…just flames and flames.
SO EASY Perfect, beautiful flames, soft cracklings, so easy. Just place, light the wrapper, perfect fire in about 5-10 min. Mine last 2.5-3 hrs on average. Makes MUCH less mess than wood. I can have several fires before cleaning out the the ashes. Also for some reason my cats donât bother the ashes like they do with the wood , before they would make such a mess if I didnât clean it out immediately! Why go to the grocery store to haul these things back? My mom is 86 years old. These logs are HEAVY, but she loves them because she doesn’t have to clean out the fireplace like she would have to using real wood and because of their 3 hour burn time, she doesn’t have age-related-anxieties about burning the house down after she goes to sleep. (That helps both of us!). I just order them for her on Amazon and have them delivered to her doorstep (sorry, Amazon Prime drivers….)
