Product Features

  • ESSENTIAL GEAR: “bombproof” stainless steel mug for hiking, backpacking, camping, tailgating and picnics, this weighs 6.8 oz total and measures 3.5″ tall and 3.75″ wide with a flat bottom – room enough to store a fuel canister in. With its lid, the cup becomes a small functional cooking pot. The folding handle makes it compact for storing in a backpack, water pouch or bug-out bag yet allows the handles to extend away from flames when cooking.
  • MINIMALISTIC COOKING: With its single-walled design, 20 oz capacity and lid, boiling water and cooking 16 oz “pouch” meals is easier. Graduated oz and ml markings on the inside make measuring simple. The lid greatly speeds up heating time, conserves fuel and allows the cup to hold a meal while being re-hydrated. The cup’s flat bottom and rounded bottom edges makes it ideal for eating and cleaning up.
  • CONVENIENT LID: The strainer holes on the lid allow pouring off excess water when cooking noodles or rice and the steel tab on the lid top will stand upright to keep cooler to touch while cooking. Both the cup and lid are easily washed by hand and dishwasher.
  • PERFECT “NESTING”: Can easily be used as a nesting cup/bottle cup/space saver cup. The lid can be packed underneath the cup bottom when nesting with a water bottle. The cup works well setting under most commonly carried bottles such as Nalgene 32 and 48 oz and Ultralight 32 and 48 oz, Klean Kanteen 40 oz, Camelbak Eddy 32 oz, HydroFlask 40 oz, MSR Alpine 1000 ml, Gatorade 32 oz and many others. It also fits well with the Stanley Camp Cook Set and the Adventure Medical 32 oz First Aid Kit.
  • UNIVERSAL FIT: This cup/pot fits even the smallest Esbit, Evernew, Trangia, Firebox, Bushcraft Essentials stove/stands as well as most other popular brands including Coleman, Solo Stove, Etekcity, MSR, Wealers, Toaks, Outad, Stansport, Vargo, Teksport, Clikstand, Emberlit, Optimus, Coughlans, Biolite, Sterno, Jetboil, Snow peak, Primus, Soto, Docooler, Kelly Kettle, Kovea, Famely, Camp Chef, etc.

Might be better off to spend a few more $$’s… Used this cup on a 4-day outing up in Canada and it served it’s purpose for a couple days, and that was it. First, I’m not real sure that the measurements are accurate as none of my freeze-dried meals came out right when I added the amount suggested or even a bit less. The first measurement was 12-oz, so anything requiring less leaves you guessing on amounts. Second, if the heat was too high the handles would be too hot to the touch and I’d have to wait to handle it. Finally, the cup was…

The perfect cup/pot for those that can afford TI! If you are looking for a solo-backpacker pot/cup but can’t seem to see yourself spending $40+ for a slightly lighter titanium unit, this is a great compromise. The cup is sturdy enough to last a long time and the lid helps to reduce cooking time by a good 30%. The fact that you can fit it to the bottom of a water bottle is an added plus, but not a deal maker or breaker for me. I would rather put my coffee supplies or stove inside than use the cup to protect the bottom of a water bottle…

Fit and finish is very nice. Great value! If this is the size pot you’re looking for, I can recommend it with no reservations. So far, I have boiled water and cooked oatmeal in it, and it has done great. The lid fits perfectly and the handles are sturdy. It was easy to clean. Very surprising quality for the price. The only knock is that it could be a little bit small for some people’s purposes. 600mL is around 2.5 cups. You can boil two cups easily, and that’s more than enough for most one-person backpacking needs. You won’t…
