No Customer Service for Defect I’ve been wanting one of these for years. I finally got it and one of the straps are ripped. No big deal. I contacted EasyGoProducts customer service line. It was a recording, leave your name order number etc. I did this 3x and still haven’t been called back. The strap could have been replaced without wasting money on shipping or getting a new chair and I gladly would have waited a week for it, but I didn’t ever get a call back. Now I’m returning the whole thing. I’ll buy another chair just not…
Comfortable/Enviable Beach Chair We bought this for an upcoming trip, so we haven’t had a chance to use it. We have 2 more like it and are very happy with them. We put it together and all the parts are there. One thing this chair does that the others don’t is that it easily breaks down so it’s not as bulky to carry. It reassembles very easily.
