eBags is a Customer Service Nightmare – Use another company TRUST ME!!! The product is not the problem, I’d give it 5 stars….but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I pack my clothes and my kids clothes in one big suitcase so having the cubes really helps me to stay organized and keeps our items separate. I have 4 sets of these cubes. But one bag in a set was defective so I just wanted a replacement for the one cube in the set…..all hell broke lose.
