Perfect for my minivan I’ve had cots set up in my minivans for years, but it was inconvenient. One end of the Eltow will fold all the way down toward the center, without having to fold up the whole cot, and it makes having it in my van convenient. The back also is adjustable to several sitting positions. The catches that hold it up are plastic, but it seems they will hold up if treated gently enough. The frame is lightweight but is really sturdy. I’m really happy I purchased this one after looking at so many…

Retro perfection Bought this cot for a minivan camper conversion; its sturdy square steel tubing construction and vertical legs made it perfect both for securing it to the floor and storing crates up to 11.5″ tall underneath. It sleeps great, and while the attached “pillow” is not perfect for sleeping, it gives great support for reading, blogging, etc, when the cot is in the upright position. It would have helped a bit if it were new to start. The box containing the chair arrived and it looked like it had been around the world twice. When I went to slice the tape I could see that it had been re-taped at least half a dozen times. Pulled back the box flaps and the plastic bag containing the chair was not on the chair. Pulled the chair out and examined it. The structural support bars have or are suppose to have plastic end caps. Two were missing and two were broken into two pieces which got in the way when trying to extend the cahir…
