Great lantern! We have two and got our friends one. We have frequent power outages during storms and these things always come in handy. Have even used them to work on vehicles at night. Super bright for working, or dim it down a bit to conserve batteries during an outage.
ove it. I found this at Cost Co for $15.00, I do like it, and I prefer the lesser price, but I am keeping them both. I Like it much better than a flashlight.
brightest light level I bought one at Costco and loved it! Bought three more for the cabin. These lanterns give off as much light as a lamp on the brightest level. Two of the three lanterns would not stay on the brightest level, so I will have to return them. I plan on replacing them with the same lanterns.Update: the new lanterns have the same issue. I will be returning them. I have used fresh batteries.
