Four Stars 15.10 oz for two poles
Five Stars very good
Falls A bit short of five-star due to handles becoming sweaty These are very light, extremely easy to adjust, good feeling grip until the sweat begins to build up. I really enjoy using them, they have helped my posture, they give me some work on my upper body, and my balance is better. However after an hour of fast paced walking in 80° weather, I find myself moving my hands Down to a cooler part of the handle. I think they will be fine in the winter, but If you were going to be walking in heat 85° or higher, you might consider the cork handled ones…
