Our innovative bivi is made from super tenacious 1.1 oz silicone impregnated ripstop nylon. The waterproof bottom and water repellent, breathable top provide amazingly lightweight protection for your sleeping bag. Measures 72-1/2″ to shoulder, 83″ to top of head, 33″ wide. A mid-length zipper (#4.5 YKK) provides easy access. Packaged in a mesh bag. Weighs 6.6 oz. Made in USA.

Does what I expected I use this in conjunction with a 45 degree down bag and a polypropylene bag liner. It adds a layer of warmth in the high desert where I have used this combo at 25 degrees in open air. I have yet to test it in the rain but it seems well built, is very light and does exactly what I hoped it would do.

$20 product for a $60 price. The fabric is typical of lightweight 1.1 oz nylon, but the stitching is extremely low quality. The serged seams leave loose threads dangling with no reverse stitch to lock the threads. I could pull the whole seam out of balance by tugging the loose thread ends. Even more dissapointing, some of these loose seams are in the “waterproof” silnylon foot box. The seam leaks water like a sieve. No seam tape or sealing adhesive is used. The stitching quality is far below my expectations for the…

Very good value, current color is green. Light and compact! Note, current bag is green, not blue (made me happy). Amazingly light and compact. Clearly made to price and weight point, but seems well-made. Don’t think it’ll keep you dry on its own–foot of my sleeping bag got damp where I touched my tarp with this last outing.I’m 5′-11″ and 200 lbs, and I fit in it with a 25degree synthetic mummy bag, with thin foam pad *inside*.
