Good product I liked the folding handle which allows the aluminum tin to be used for cooking or boiling water.. While the handle does hold the lid in place, the closure is not tightly secured nor waterproof, which is why I only gave it four stars. I’d recommend a rubber band or a strip of tape. That being said, I’d still recommend this tin, especially if it is placed in the MOLLE pouch sold separately for this box.

I carry 2 small spools of line 20 & 7 lb. test.I also carry my ferrorod & ESEE Fireststeel plus waterproof tube with wind proof and regular matches and tender. Fits a ton!! Awesome survival Tin here, not only does it have plenty of space but you can boil water about 32 oz worth which is a lot more than most “survival tins” Great and sturdy not cheap at all. You won’t be disappointed
