They are sturdy, very bright and all 18 flashlights and batteries that they came with work perfectly. I would recommend these to any one looking for a bulk gift that was inexpensive.
Devasted I was super-excited to find reasonably priced flashlights w/batteries, ordered through 2 orders 10 packages to put one each in my Operation Christmas Child boxes (did 187 this year). I also ordered spare batteries and packaged them all up. They went out the week of Thanksgiving with me having a half dozen or so left over that I put in the car and other places for emergencies. No batteries included!! **See update. These flashlights (16 pack) did NOT have any batteries inside them. Batteries-included was the reason I purchased these because I didn’t want to go out and buy batteries, especially not 48 AAA’s . I can imagine it could cost more than the flashlights to buy them. They were intended for 16 stockings I am preparing and although I wasn’t expecting top quality batteries, I did expect batteries in general.
