Excellent product I am an illustrator and have been designing coins lately so I needed a tool that would help me make big, perfect circles. This yardstick compass is excellent for that! You just slide the anchor and drawing points on the ruler, set them at your desired lenght and you are ready, not much to it. Excellent product.
Great for large circles These scribes attach to a metal ruler (not supplied) or any other thin, flat slat. They lock in place nicely, therefore holding their measure. Very easy to set up and use with protective caps for the point and the lead.
This is just what I wanted. It fits on … This is just what I wanted. It fits on some wooden yardsticks but not all. You need the thin ones. Also, fits on the free paint stir sticks you can get at the big box stores. They are about a foot long.
