Bright, long life. Cold color light, inconvenient switch sequence. Good -D cells so it will last a long time.Bright – even the low setting is bright enough most of the timeBad -Light quality / color. Keeps Mr. Stinky away Most mornings I’m up before the crack of dawn. When I let the dogs out, I need to sweep the yard to be sure Mr. Stinky, the skunk that lives the the landscaping in yard next door is not out taking a walk. Mr. Stinky lives just beyond the range of my backyard floodlights. At max zoom this light throws an extremely bright beam. I can spot Mr. Stinky if he’s wandering. I can keep the dogs or go out with them and throw a couple of rocks his way.
Exceeds expectations I’ve read some reviews claiming that the product has a low quality construction and that parts have fallen off after short use. I haven’t used the product for hours and hours yet, but so far everything about this light is good. I like that it is light weight, but some people seem to equate heavy with quality and I am not sure why that is. To me, the quality seems very good in every way. I guess it would seem “better” if it was made out of titanium, but I suppose that would also increase…
