Keeps food warm gor my 8 year old Bought for my son’s lunch. We have used it twice. Warmed food in the morning for his lunch time at school, and he said his food was still warm.

Works better with thicker soups I received good canister on Feb. 6th, and the next day Feb. 7th, my daughter took it to school with potato soup in it. The soup was a little thick because it was loaded potato soup, so no problems with leaking & the soup stayed warm. Today, Feb. 8th, we tried to use canister for chicken noodle soup, but canister started leaking at the bottom. The chicken noodle soup had more broth than the potato. So I guess if you have a thick soup the canister will work well, but anything with more…

Label on container says “hand wash only “ I’m not sure how to rate this as I have not used or even decided if I will keep it. The manufacturer description posted on Amazon, which is from the Fireki website, says it’s dishwasher safe. This is the whole reason I chose to buy this container. However, the container I received has a sticker on the bottom which states “hand wash only”. I have messaged the Fireki company but have not received a response. This is contradictory information, and I’m not sure if I want to waste money on something…
