Model Firebird F803 is a reliable tourist knife that can be used even for extreme sports or survival. This is a fixed-blade knife which is withstand to even very significant mechanical impacts. This model is supplied with practical sheaths, in which some additional tools are built.
Blade material for F803 is 8CR13 steel which is one of the most quality stainless alloys. This alloy has 58HRC hardness. The shape of the blade is quite universal – drop point. It is a well balanced blade with a smooth sharpening and a sharp tip. Its thickness is 5 mm, which provides a significant margin of safety. The length of the blade is 4.44″. F803 model can help you to prepare fish you have caught, and cook sandwiches, and also carry out auxiliary work. Its blade is unusual in that it has a black coating made with a special powder paint. Very nice knife. Nice knife Ferro rod is tight and hard to get out but I managed . Fits hand good and has nice handle. Blade is sharp right out of box and makes a good camping or hiking knife .Has holes for tying to a stick for spear. Would recommend was 100% satisfied .
Great Tactical Knife If you were looking for a tactical knife, this knife is definitely one to check out. The handle has a non slip grip and fits well in your hand. The knife sharpener it comes with is very handy as well as the firestarter and cable cutter. I personally feel itâs the best buy you can get for the money. I purchased it to carry while hunting, and itâs been great.
Surprised I bought this on a whim wanted an inexpensive knife for mu tackle box. Bought the green wanted something you could see in case you really needed a knife. First this is a 25 dollar knife and didn’t expect much. I was wrong. The blade is thick and is sturdy enough for what I would use. The blade is designed to be used as a bush knife as well a hunting and skinning knife. The sheath is plastic but holds the knife securely. Only complaint is the fire starter, tough to get out. Overall great knife
