I would love this product if I could figure out how to … I would love this product if I could figure out how to keep the shovel in any position but floppy. While no directions were included, it looks like it would be fairly simple to tighten the handle. Not so. I have worked and work and a much stronger gentleman tried. I am soooo disappointed. I have not been able to locate the company for assistance.
Nice size for the truck or car. Neat tool. Good to have in the truck just in case.
it’s balanced and will be extremely useful in just about any situation I haven’t used it yet but I have put it together and checked it out…it’s construction is top notch, it’s balanced and will be extremely useful in just about any situation. I got it to be part of a get home/bug out bag (due to some serious inclement weather a couple of years ago) to have in the trunk of the car. This “shovel” fits the bill perfectly and I would encourage anyone who is looking for this type of “survival shovel” to look at this one. Have not been disappointed…
