How To Use:
1.Pour in hot water / cold tap water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 to 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
2.Pack your food and cover lid.
3.When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.
NOTE:
1.Do not use product in dishwashers, microwave, oven, on stove-top, or in any type of heating appliances.
2.Do not overfill the container: Leave space at top of container for lid and stopper (if present), to avoid overflow.
3.Check periodically for missing and worn washers. Missing, worn or misaligned gasket may cause product to leak.

convenient and good quality this food jar is really cute. It does work very well. I pour hot soup in food jar and I leave it for more than 10 hour. when i open it, the water is still hot than I expect. It is good size to carry, and also it is easy to wash.
good Works amazing for my husband who has to take his lunch and does not have a place to heated up. I do put warm water in there for about 5 minutes while I’m heating up the food to put in it. He has taken everything from soup as you rice veggies and chicken all wrapped in foil separately and stuck in there and everything has stayed when for up to 8 hours. We haven’t tried any longer than that period but I would definitely recommend This product.
