BAS says:

Perfect for Smaller Amounts I was so happy to find a pint size Food Vac bag. These babies do not disappoint. The bag is study and slightly thicker than those made for “Food Saver”. They sealed quite nicely using my Food Saver (several reviews of the more commercial versions cautioned that too thick bags do not always work in every food sealer)

Casey says:

We’re switching back to the food saver brand About 33 percent of the time, the food saver is unable to vacuum the air out of these bags. We’ve spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out why — is it moisture, food particles, oil, wrinkled bags?… we can’t find anything.

C. Lamb says:

They do the job for a much better price. Definitely can feel a difference in quality from the Foodsaver branded bags, BUT these still do the job most of the time. I don’t use them for things that are fat or odd shaped because they are a less flexible plastic than the brand name bags, so they don’t mold to the food as easily.
