Great for running at night! This product is great! I use it while jogging at night and it light’s my path and does not bobble. Not only is it comfortable, but the rechargeable battery pack is very convenient and you cannot tell that it is there while wearing it. Not only is this headlamp well built, but it will essentially pay for itself by not having to purchase batteries over it’s lifetime.
Better than Black Diamond, Great Warranty Service Foxelli makes a great head lamp, and I put my headlamps through some pretty gnarly conditions. I single-handed my 28′ sailboat from Tampa to the Bahamas and north to Charleston, and frequently encountered boarding waves and thunderstorms. My (more expensive) Black Diamond lamp crapped out within the first month of my trip after getting a little wet from water that leaked off me when I climbed back into my dinghy, but the Foxelli kept on trucking. Good lamp, recommended but a few issues I am sort of a flashlight nerd with all the torches I use for various tasks including hobbies, cycling, work around the house, running, ultra trail running. And this is actually a pretty good light. I’m torn between giving 3 or 4 stars and 3.5 would be my preference. I have comparable headlamps – Petzl, Black Diamond and others.
