Excellent customer service The product is easy to install and the stainless steel sprout that comes with it looks and works great. I had trouble with the tool that came with it to loosen the filter, but their customer service was great. Sent me replacement tools and filter.
Excellent Choice, Great water! I received this water filter a few days back. Nice packing. I have to say that Iâm not a handyman, at first I have no clue how to connect. The instruction manual is very easy to read, but just in case of the wrong installation, I got it installed also with the help of a video that I found on YOUTUBE, turns out to be pretty easy. Nice valve, seems quite strong, so far no leaks which is great for my first experience on installation. I didnât use the screws to attach the filter bracket to my sink…
