great quality hat This is gorgeous, exceptionally well made, great quality hat. Pom pom is large, round and full. I received accidentally wrong color but customer service responded very fast and not only sent me a brand new hat but let also keep the previously sent. Now I am a happy owner of two great hats. Well made, packs well, super cute! This hat is super cute!! I got the darkest one first, but it seemed darker than the picture, so I returned that one and LOVE this color! I have light blue eyes and dark blonde hair. Itâs well made, has a sizing ribbon inside the band, and a chin cord to hold it during wind or let it sit down your back. I got compliments, too. I folded it flat in a FULL suitcase, for over 24 hours. The bag was checked at the airline, too. I took it out, hung it in a chair and it went right back to its shape both…
