Fabric thin and light weight. Is the right, size for a 5″1″ person. Ind just in time for the rain too. The fabric is very thin and light weight, but it keeps the rain out which is what I need it for.
Be aware that this does have a hood as some of the photos make it look like there is no hood I am 6′ tall and 210 lbs and the XL is very tight on my with just a thin long sleeve shirt. I am a size 38 waist. Be aware that this does have a hood as some of the photos make it look like there is no hood.
“Waterproof” is inaccurate, try “rain-resistant” I got to test this today in moderate rain walking a mile and a half to work. I wore a T-shirt with this over it, and a light backpack on my back. By the time I got to work, my T-shirt was soaked in the places the backpack straps pressed against the raincoat. Also, I don’t have huge arms, but this thing is tight in the elbows when I bend my arms. Lastly, the hood is a little too small to be pulled over and shield your eyes from the falling drops.All in all, cannot recommend for…
