Question: Why the trekking poles keeps coming apart?
Answer: This maybe because that the hidden buckle (on the 3rd section) has not been popped up. It is just like the hidden buckle on the umbrella, which must be popped up, or the trekking poles would not stay in piece. There is the installation video in the image block, please check.
2. How to adjust the pole to best suit your height?
The most suitable height for trekking poles = Your height x 0.68
For Example: If you are 180 cm tall, so the best length of your trekking poles is: 180*0.68=122.4 cm

Get your pole on Awesome trekking poles. Didnât think this would help, but defiantly makes a difference in hiking, especially if you are going at an elevation for long periods of time. Easy to set up comes with different bottoms to suit your terrain. Great value and quality. Seems to hold up and built well.
God job! My parents both 70 more years old. They’ve had Osteoarthritis. They have to hiking with poles. I bought other pairs expensive than this ones. In fact, these poles better than that once. We went to hiking this Sunday. It rains a lot recently. They are really help for hiking with wet trail. My father so appreciate it.
