The adventure top quilt replaces your sleeping bag and it’s a top quilt for hammock camping it’s versatile 2-in-1 design gives you more bang for your buck if you want to make the most of your time outdoors, getting a good night’s sleep is important. The adventure top quilt was designed with you’re comfort in mind. It’s generous size allows you sleep in any position, whether you’re in a hammock or a tent. You can regulate your body temperature by bundling up tight, or by uncovering parts of your body, just like you do at home. If the weather is really warm, you can sleep on top of it. For colder weather, we added side release buckles that can be connected to create a quasi hood. The top can be cinched up to create a tight seal, that locks in heat. It’s easy to get into and out of, unlike sleeping bags. The adventure top quilt has a built-in foot pocket that keeps it in place all night. The foot pocket can be adjusted by cinching it up with the built-in shock cord and cord locks. Replacing your sleeping bag with the adventure top quilt makes sense, because when you’re in a sleeping bag, the insulation on the bottom gets compressed and doesn’t work. This is why tent campers use sleeping pads for insulation and cushioning. The adventure top quilt eliminates unnecessary fabric and insulation from the back, which reduces its weight, and makes it easier to use. Our max loft insulation locks in heat and it’s lofty, soft and compressible. It’s synthetic so it can be washed, and dries quickly unlike goose down. It’s hypoallergenic, insulates even when wet and doesn’t lose loft in humid environments. Compare these benefits to those of goose or duck down the liner is breathable 210t polyester, the outer shell is calendared 210t rip stop polyester that’s water resistant and blocks wind. It’s oversized. At 7′ long by 53″ wide, it’s great for people of all sizes. It will protect you in temperatures down to 20°f. Approximate weight 3 lb. 3 oz.

Heavy and bulky but AWESOME on the couch This is my favorite-EVER couch throw. A little too bulky and heavy for backpacking, but might be perfect for car-camping, where space and weight are less of a concern. I use mine exclusively for cold-weather couch napping, for which it is PERFECT. Very generously-sized. Love this thing.

Warm as toast. I’ve slept with this and their under quilt down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Slept like a baby. They are a bit bulky. Both even in their compression sack takes up about about 15 liters of pack space. I love the feel of the fabric against my face too. Very comfortable. I’ve used it as a sleeping blanket at home, but it’s a little too warm in a 65 degree house. This is my go to top quilt even for summer.

Stay Warm, Get This Haven’t tried it in my hammock yet, but have slept with it since I’ve gotten it and boy is it comfy and keeps me toasty without making me sweat! Have used it in 50 degree weather so far, excited to use it out on the trail!Update: just finished my three day hike in the Red River Gorge where the weather dipped into the low 30’s at night. But inside my hammock and under this quilt I was warm and toasty. Combined with my OneTigris underquilt and thermal underwear I slept like a baby…
