Q1:Do you provide SIM Card together with the package?
A:We provide the watch but not including sim card,please purchase SIM Card separately.
Q2.Does the watch support 3G?
A: The watch Only support 2G GSM(850/900/1800/1900MHz). micro sim card with data and voice plan.
Q3. What sim card is needed?
A: After we’ve tried most of US carriers, we’d like to recommend to use Speedtalk SIM (Belongs T-mobile Network) for easier user.
Q4.Does the watch support Verizon SIM Card?
A:This watch can not support AT&T and Verizon Sprint. Q5. How to set it up?
A: 1. insert a correct mirco-sim card.
2. download the “SeTracker” or “SetTracker2” app.
3. register with registration ID which is on the back cover of the watch.
4. login and get all the functions.
Q6. Can I use the watch in other country?
A: If you are in other countries, please contact us to get different countries server and SIM card carrier then buy GSM850/900/1800/1900 SIM and open GPRS data.
Q7. Why does the app continue to say “device offline”?
A: The IP and network of your sim card needs to be set correctly. please tell us your sim card carrier via amazon email. we will help you set it up.

Can I return? They don’t work can I return? I bought 2 for each of my kids and neither of them work. downloaded the app and scanned the back of each watch and still won’t connect.
Overall i feel its a good watch to get for a kid I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. But trying to figure out how to set it up and which app to get for the watch took way longer than needed. The instuctions were no help. Overall i feel its a good watch to get for a kid.
Bâful and feature rich wrist watch Straight away 7 star. My daughter is loving this new gift. The quality is nice and th watch strap is quiet smooth n comfortable. It has got pretty good features tracking, calling. As my daughter is just 2 she does not know how to use it but good for Umesh from parents perspective. Battery backupis impressive with almost 3 days with single charge.completely satisfied with the buy.
