Great for RV Trailer pop out protection Ordered a warehouse one first time … it was too used: dirty, torn and extra grommet hole. Returned it.Ordered a new one, it was as it should be. I strapped this on the pop-out of my rv trailer. It cut down on the southern heat during the day. Also blocked a good amount of the light that shows through the pop-outs white canvas … making it easier to sleep in past crack of dawn!
They worked great! I was able to sleep until about 11am … Bought a pair of these to drape over my tent at a festival. They worked great! I was able to sleep until about 11am with my tent in mostly full sun. By then the air temp had warmed up such that I couldn’t stand to be in there any longer, but these blankets got me an extra 4ish hours of sleep which I really needed.As other reviews have noted, they’re not the really flimsy crinkly Mylar blankets. Tough and does the job. I purchased this to cover some of the tubes in my solar hot water system during the peak of the summer to reflect back some of the heat. I produce too much hot water in the summer. It was out in the Florida sun for about 9 months and held up well. After being up in the roof during the summer heat and rain, it had a few spots where the mylar had worn through but the fabric and blanket are still intact. I would definitely recommend it. It has six grommets that help strap it down.
