Get one before they are all gone. First impression I was going to send this back. Out of the box the LAWKS safety would not work. After flipping it and fiddling with it for a bit it loosened up and works perfect now. The blade is off center but I haven’t tried to align it yet, it doesn’t hit the liner which I’ve heard it does on some. I’ll try to straighten it at some point. Great design and utility – shame about the build quality. The design and utility of this knife are great. The thicker micarta handle is extremely comfortable in the hand for extended use and while the steel isn’t the greatest (Chinese 8Cr13MOV), it can be easily resharpened if required. At 6.3oz, this is a genuine hard use folder. At about US$30, it is a very affordable knife, making an absolutely ideal beater for a tradesman, toolbox or around the house.
