A fantastic product! Oh my gosh, what a fabulous product! Those who are having trouble with it I think are trying to push down on it while having the cap on…you have to take the cap off. The instructions aren’t real clear about this. I was having all kinds of trouble like some of the negative reviews here, until I read one line in the tips area of the instructions to make sure you have the cap off. As you can see in the picture we used our … As you can see in the picture we used our grayl to filter our water on my last trek. The container in the middle of the picture with the yellow water is the one we filtered. The black container on the left is the grayl of course. The clear container on the right contains the water after we filtered it with the grayl. Lets just say we didn’t get sick after filtering.
