Good for all uses! We needed a pair of tongs and hated the metal on metal from the traditional ones. My wife suggested we look for ones with a silicone tip. This work great! The slide function holds them closed for a nice fit in the drawer. I love the length of the long ones when I use them while I grill!
Totally terrific tongs Great set of three sized tonges. Food grade silcon tips grip well but do not stick or melt. I like that the end of handles can be pulled out to lock them in place for storage. Also eyelets on ends make them easy to hang up. Dishwasher safe makes clean up a breeze (I hate doing dishes). I like them.
