Just what I was looking for Exactly as described, keeps my instant coffee warm in camp all morning. I actually took the lid off for a while to let it cool off because it was so insulated! Extremely happy with the quality (and price!) of this. Lightweight for backpacking.
the only reason its not a ‘perfect’ cup for me is that like others said I am giving this cup 5 stars, because I could not give 4.5. the only reason its not a ‘perfect’ cup for me is that like others said, the cover does inded let the smooth plastic cup slide out pretty easily, BUT…THAT IS TOTALLY EASILY FIXED by simply putting a wide rubber bad around the mid section of the cup, then putting the fabric cover back on. very tight then. I personally do not need long lasting thermal protection, so this is great for me, but if you stuff to stay super hot or cold…
Love these for backpacking and camping! Love these! I have purchased 6 of these over the past two years and now own one in every color to cover each of us on trips. I use a sharpie to put measuring graduations on the removable plastic cup and use them as measuring cups when making dinner on the trail. They seal extremely well and keep my hot drinks warm a long time. You can hold boiling hot water with bare hands. They drink very well for a lidded cup. Most I have tried tend to dribble more.
