Order you “true” size They’re very comfortable and the material seems extremely durable. I put “Fit as Expected” because I think these are true to size. I purchased a size 34 while I’m actually a 31 or 32, because the shorts run a bit small. However, they were big in the waist on me, about what I would expect as a 34, if not ever so slightly larger. I’d suggest ordering by your exact waist size. If I order a second pair, I’ll be getting a 32 instead.
Disco Stu will operate for you.. They fit great through the waist, seat and thigh..then they balloon out. The cut reminds me of snowboarding shells. First I suspected the extra material was to accommodate boots but everyone I know, myself included, wears a low profile/short boot. Even my GSG9’s won’t justify the excessive boot cut. The otherwise streamlined look of the pants gets rather ruined in my opinion. Otherwise, the material and engineering of stitching n zippers is top shelf.
