Worked good and stayed dry camping once a month until this … Ordered these for my son last October for boy scout camping. Worked good and stayed dry camping once a month until this months camp out. So wore for a total of 18 days. This last week we went camping and they became not water proof. My son was miserable the last few days. Where the shoe sole connects to the leather had come apart and water was getting in and I mean a lot. Not waterproof! Not warterproof so would not recommend. We are avid mountain hikers and usually buy another brand for our sons, but we thought we’d go with with one for this time. Bad choice. when going through small streams (water went about toe deep max), the shoes got wet. When you advertise waterproof we expect waterproof… Especially when you rely on dry feet for multi-day hikes. Would not recommend.
