Comfy but not great quality They fit great and felt wonderful on my feet. However the eyelet on one of the laces broke at the top of the mountain the very first time I wore them!!! 🙁 I’m so bummed because I like them a lot, but they broke on the first wear.
I had thick hiking socks on and it fit just fine, my big toe went straight to the top … I am normally 8.5 in regular shoes but I got size 9 in these hiking shoes . Returned, but read why before you pass them up! These boots are wide and short, and left me wondering what happened to Hi-Tec’s sizing. I ordered a 7.5 M in the Alchemy Lite last year, and they fit completely differently – comfortably snug without being restrictive, long enough that there is no “stubbing” against the toe, but shaped so well that there was no slide, either.
