AMAZING!! No issues I have been using my water bottle for over a week now and I have encountered no issues! I did have to contact Hidrate because my bottle wasn’t syncing to my phone, but it was user error. If you have an Android you have to have Bluetooth and location on to sync. They were super quick and helpful in responding to my email to help me troubleshoot my bottle. I was skeptical with the other review saying the bottle scratchs easy, but I have not had any hint of that at all. I also like that in the app…

Too frustrating! This water bottle, in theory is SUCH a great idea! I am terrible about drinking water and this seemed like the perfect solution.
