Tips for Care:

It is a possibility that your jacket out of the package comes with a little unpleasant down odor, and some of the feathers may poke through the fabric (all our jackets adopt natural, genuine duck down as material). If this happens, you’re highly suggested to hang it in ventilated place and pull the feather back in from the other side, rather than pull it out.

Down Cleaning and Care Approach:

1. In a tub of cold water, soak your jacket for about 20 minutes. Use a neutral detergent if wanted. Then, you can clean the dirt with a soft bristle brush, and then rinse with water until the jacket is clean.

2. After hanging to dry, gently pat the jacket to make the down restore fully.

3. Prolonged exposure to the elements or to chemicals may break down components and cause color fading. Please store your jacket in ventilated & dry space when not in use.
