Great camping cot This thing is simple but effective, quick and easy to assemble (put the whole thing on the side to install the cross members and use your weight to pry them into place) don’t assemble it completely before putting it in your tent because it won’t fit in the door (unless you have a big tent).I had problems (shoulder pain) sleeping on inflatable mats in my tent so I got this thing and it’s just what I needed.Very confortable and strong, not sure if it’s light weight because…
Better than expected I am not a little fella. I am 6’2″ and a solid 240 lbs. This cot is so lightweight, I was initially under the impression there would be no way in hell it could support me. However, I was pleasantly surprised that not only does it support me comfortably, but I also still have about 4″-5″ under my butt while I am on it. Seems to hit the sweet spot for packing size and comfort I’ve only had opportunity to use this cot twice so far. With that caveat (I’ll update this review if anything changes), it seems to be a well-made compact cot. I’m six-foot tall and slept well on it, even without resorting to using the eye mask that came with the cot (Would love to know what the marketing decision was behind including a full-size, padded eye mask with an niche outdoors product).
