orthopedic surgeon recommended by personal use. I am an orthopedic surgeon using this Product in alternation with another cold pack that came with a neoprene compression sleeve. This product is less freezing cold and therefore less risk of frostbite. It does warm up faster than the other product. But is therefor safer!
Did not get what I wanted…. The product itself was very nice but the advertisment stated that this was a HOT & COLD pack. What I received was COLD ONLY. I would ask the seller first before buying anything.
Awesome compress, helps relieve pain well! I’ve only used this as a hot compress so far, and I think it works very well. The compress isn’t small so I didn’t expect it to heat extremely fast, which it didn’t and I followed the heating instructions. I’ll probably heat it for 45 seconds initially followed by 15 second after that rather than 30 followed by 10 until reaching the temperature you desire.It’s a nice size, and the compress lays across the shoulders, back, chest and back of your neck. It stays warm for about 30…
