3. Then expel excess air in the ice bag and tighten the lid.
4. Apply the ice bag to the required areas.

A must Ordered these for an upcoming hip surgery. Love them. I filled them half way with water and frozen them, making sure they were flat. Did awesome and stayed cold. Didn’t leak or drip. Definitely would recommend.
I like that you can control the amount of ice I live the various sizes this set contains. I have a son and a husband that both get migraines and these are a must have in our house. I like that you can control the amount of ice. With my son I put a little water in the bag with the ice so it’s not as cold as what my husband prefers. It’s also great that you don’t need to refreeze it all the time like other reusable I’ve packs since you just need to refill these with water. GREAT SET OF 3 SIZE ICE BAGS ðð VERY GOOD MATERIAL ðð I ordered these for my daughter,she broke a bone on the top of her foot,so she has to wear a boot & use crutches. She likes to use the smaller ice bag cause of her smaller foot ð VERY SOFT & COMFY TO USE!!!!! GREAT to have different sizes of ice bags!!!!!!
