Misleading Despite the description, not all of these hats come with the adjustable toggle to custom fit your child’s head. I purchased the yellow flamingo design and was extremely disappointed to find the toggle missing. I went back to the product page and was dismayed to find the only way to know if a hat would come with the adjustable fit was to carefully look at the design picture. Love this hat! Ordered this hat late Friday night & it was on my doorstep by lunchtime on Monday. Bought the 0-6 month size for my daughter who is 2 months old. It fits a little loose around the head but with her being so young that’s to be expected. Tying the strings solves the problem. The brim is large and floppy so it does an excellent job blocking sun on her face, ears & neck. The fabric is very soft, no scratchy materials to irritate baby’s sensitive skin. 2t-4t fits great on my 3 year old I wasn’t sure if the size would work, since most of the reviews mention the infant sizes run way too big. I went ahead and ordered the 2t-4t. My child is 3 but large for her age, and this fits her great. What I didn’t see mentioned in any is the reviews or description is that there is even a little tightening strap. So even if it runs big, you can tighten it. If your child is anywhere between 2-4, the 2t-4t will probably fit.
