Hot/cold reusable ice pack I had an occasion in needing to use this as an ice pack following a knee injury just before Christmas, and was so glad i had it available. The straps were helpful in keeping it in place. I also had an occasion to use it on my lower back, again the straps keeping it in place, making it possible to be up and ambulated without it falling off. I haven’t tried it as a heat wrap yet but believe it will perform just as well.

This product works much better than the other ones I have purchased (five) This product works much better than the other ones I have purchased (five). The squares have a hinge type set up. Thus, it will work for Tennis elbow as well as lower back pain. Other products I have don’t get cold enough to bring pain relief or are frozen in a circle but are too stiff to make good contact with my arm. I have several ice packs that if they are put outside of a thin shirt, no cold gets through. This one releases the cold well through a shirt or paper towel. One of the best…

Instructions written directly on the ice pack is nice. Mainly use it for cold. Store it in the freezer and use it when needed. The Velcro is nice for holding in place on your back. Its a ice packet that you can strap on. Other then the strap, its your normal ice pack. I have not used the heat part of it, but I really like how they write the instructions directly onto the ice pack. No need to keep the directions (paper) because its always with the product.
