I can sit ith my legs up without having to hold the ice packs in place. I was constantly trying to keep ice packs on the front and back of my knees – these are a godsend!

Try another wrap. Buy a different cold pack. This one does not affix well at all. It’s not something you can move around with, and it doesn’t really conform to knee. It sits on top and is very loosely held in place. The cold packs have convenient velcro pouches, but the material is almost too thick to provide much real relief or the packs are just too small. Have hardly used it because it’s just not effective. There are better products out there. Needs more support to secure to knee and more surface contact.

Does not stay in place if moving around. I bought this product to help with icing my knees for patellar tendonitis. While it is relatively easy to apply the ice packs, the wrap does not stay in place if you move around whatsoever. I actually have to apply the wrap backwards and make it super tight to prevent this from happening but even that requires readjustment. I would recommend this product if you are going to use it and just sit on the couch or in bed but not if you want to ice your knee while doing a few simple chores around…
