Hot and Cold Compress is designed for hot and cold therapy.

Product Features

  • ✅ HOT USE – When you need it hot, just put it into the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Then, check the heat level. If it is not hot enough, turn on the microwave again for another 10 seconds, and check again. Repeat until your hot cold pack reaches the desired temperature. The heat pad will stay hot up to 20-30 minutes.
  • ✅ COLD USE – put gel ice pack into the freezer for at least an hour if you need to remove a headache, for example. Freezing it for 1 hour will keep it cold for about 30-40 minutes, which is enough to chill a head during a migraine. If you are getting ready for injury therapy, you will need to freeze ice pack for injuries for 3 hours at least, to keep it colder for longer.
  • ✅ UNIQUE DESIGN – our reusable ice packs for injuries were made with you in mind. Before Mighty-X came up with fleece hot and cold pack, people had to use towels in between the skin and a gel pack not to get skin burns. Now, you can apply hot and cold packs for therapy with no fear of those issues. Use the fleece side of reusable ice pack first firs, it has lower thermal conductivity. Keep using it until flexible ice pack becomes usable – nylon side with higher thermal conductivity.
  • ✅ TRUST US – We stand above and beyond for our customers. We are always here to answer any questions about our ice bags for injuries. However, if you are not happy after your purchase – we will return your money with no questions asked.
  • ✅ 2 SIZES – Are Mighty-X ice packs for injuries reusable? Yes, they are! More than that – they come in two sizes for comfortable use. Large ice pack (16″ x 14″) – to be used as a shoulder ice pack, back ice pack or ice pack for knee. Basically, the parts of the body that need a larger range of influence. Small cold compress (6″ x 4″) – to be used on the wrist, ankle or elbow. Our cold packs for injuries speed up recovery through the use of hold and cold therapy methods that reduce muscle pain.

Great Ice Packs These are awesome ice packs. I have two kids and the little “boo boo” packs don’t cut it. I am able to strap this to them and it stay. The directions are written well, and explain to use the felt covered side first to get accustomed to the cold. Nice part is, I just use that on my kids and its not too cold. They are good for my kids, but they are great for me. I am able to ice my back as needed and keep moving since I can secure it with the strap. Really a great set.

Great Pain Relief This brand was recommended to me by my chiropractor. A couple of weeks ago I injured my shoulder and rotator cuff and he recommended ice pack for pressure and pain relief. I like this product becuae it is both for cold and hot use and has two sizes which can be applied to different body parts. The first time I think I left it in the freezer too long so it was too hard and difficult to use. The second time I managed to do a better job. Along with KT tape has greatly helped reduce swelling and…

Good ice packs, but pretty firm when frozen I love the soft backing, and the two different size ice packs. Mine were pretty firm when I took them out of the freezer though, so the large one was more difficult to apply. They do soften as they thaw and regain their flexibility though. The velcro is also a bit firm, but it’s double sided and nice to be able to secure it regardless which side of the ice pack you decide to use.I used the small ice pack on my knee after a workout, and I was impressed by how long it…
