Sun Head Coverage Hat Received the hat today and was pleased that it actually fit. All the different removable (attached by snaps) fabric that provides up to UPF 50+. I like that the fabric is thin. This will be great for bike riding, as it has the flap that covers the back and neck, an extra flap to cover your face with breathable material. Would also make a great gift for hikers, bike riders (motor and cycle), fishermen, etc, anyone who has to be in sun for long periods of time.
Unique folding design on the bill of the cap. Interesting sun hat. The bill of the hat has two creases that allow the bill to fold. The unique design allows the bill to stay flat when wearing the hat. The two flaps snap on independently. The flap to protect your neck can be used without the flap that covers the face. I have used the hat with the flap that covers the back of my neck on two hikes and I like the hat. The folds on the bill on the hat look like they will hold up well. I will update my review in a couple of months if the folds…
My Non-Compensated Thoughts Did most of the people reviewing this product actually try it or did they feel the need to write a positive review because they practically got a free hat? I had to buy cap – at full price so I wish I got a discount!! This hat isn’t waterproof at all! Water does bead off the fabric but it does eventually soak through and plus the seams aren’t taped so I can’t understand what reviewers and the copy are saying about it being waterproof. I’ll be fair and consider that I might have gotten a…
